*CALMING *UPLIFTING
 
This blend is an anxiety calming blend promoting better rest to reduce next day fatigue.
 
The aroma is warm and earthy with herbal and slightly spicy notes.
 
The following essential oils are included in this blend:  
Chamomile, Roman (Chamaemelum nobile) has natural sedative properties, it's calming, and helps reduce anxiety and over-thinking.
 
Clove Bud (Eugenia caryophyllata) is aromatically uplifting and warming. It can provide support to someone with depressive thoughts. It also helps reduce tension and stress.
 
Palo Santo (Bursera graveolens) is known to purify spaces as well as aid in relaxation and meditation. It does have sedative properties, and it can soothe the mind during stressful events helping you to reconnect to the earth. 
 
Plai (Zingiber cassumunar) is able to calm emotions and comfort the spirit and keep you distracted from negative thinking. 
 
Ravintsara (Cinnamomum camphor) helps to relieve anxiety and stress.
